It’s on! Launching We Play Alone, get ready for fun!

Well, here we are. I did the thing. I made my own website (kind of) for single-player video games, manga, anime, and pop culture (IF time actually allows me to, of course).

You probably don’t remember me from my prior engagements, but my name is Cedric Lansangan. I used to be a staff writer and editor for a website called Only Single Player (OnlySP.com), where we focused on coverage and reviews/features/interviews on single-player video games. I even got sent to E3 on assignment by my EIC one year (yes, I know, that’s really me in the picture at E3 2015, sorry-not-sorry for the cringeworthy selfie).

As my former EIC Nick Calandra did with OnlySP, I am launching this thing with the hope of turning it into not only my creative outlet as a stress relief from my cancer science dissertation work, but also into a website where you want to come to for news coverage, interviews, features, reviews (hopefully, as I want to make more time for them), and overall fun reading.

Thank you for joining me for this venture and actually reading this nearly all the way through. I hope you stick around and come to trust in me as well to bring you the latest, friend!

I used to sign-off on my OnlySP posts in a similar way to this, so I’ll do something like it again here now that I’ve got my own creative license: That’s all for me, y’all. Thank you for trusting in me to get you informed, updated, and above all entertained on the anime, manga, popular culture, and video game world. Take care, be well, love deeply, and stay healthy, dear reader. I wish you all the best, my friend.
